1. General Provisions1.1. The procedure for collecting, using, processing, and protecting information about the users of the Blume service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is governed by this Privacy Policy for the Blume Service (the "Policy") and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The company administering the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of data and information provided by individuals (the "User") when using the Service.
1.3. This Policy is developed and applied in accordance with the User Agreement available at:
https://blume.dating/useragreement. In case of any contradictions regarding the processing and protection of user information between this Policy and the User Agreement, this Policy shall prevail.
1.4. The meaning of any terms used in this Policy but not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the User Agreement. In the absence of any term in the above documents, it shall be interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, and the business practices used on the Internet.
1.5. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, is available to any Internet User at:
https://blume.dating/privacypolicy. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. Continued use of the Service by the User after making amendments and/or additions to this Policy means the User’s acceptance and consent to such amendments and/or additions.
1.6. Personal data, as well as other information not classified as personal data, is collected in the Service during registration and/or authorization by the User completing a registration form, questionnaire, or by other available means, including through third-party services. It is also collected subsequently when the User edits previously provided information or voluntarily adds information using the Service's functionality.
1.7. In event that the User disagrees with the terms and conditions of this Policy, the use of the Service must be immediately terminated.
2. Terms for the Processing Personal Data 2.1. The Company processes personal data to fulfill the Company’s obligations to the User with respect to the use of the Service's functionality. Section 3 directly specifies the purposes of processing certain categories of personal data as part of the provision of the Service.
2.2. Personal data are processed on the territory of the Russian Federation using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing is necessary to comply with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation.
2.3. The Company may perform the following actions with respect to personal data:
2.3.1. collection;
2.3.2. collection;
2.3.3. systematization;
2.3.4. accumulation;
2.3.5. storage;
2.3.6. updating (refreshing, modification);
2.3.7. comparison;
2.3.8. extraction;
2.3.9. use;
2.3.10. depersonalization;
2.3.11. blocking;
2.3.12. deletion/destruction;
2.3.13. transfer to partners for independent processing by such partners or jointly with them.
2.4. Personal data is collected in the Service upon registration and/or authorization, including, where provided by the Service's functionality, through third-party tools, and thereafter when the User edits previously provided information or supplements it on their own initiative using the Service's tools. The Company shall also have the right to receive data about the User from partners where there are appropriate legal grounds.
2.5. Personal data concerning the User is automatically blocked for subsequent destruction:
2.5.1. when the User independently deletes their Profile;
2.5.2. when the Company deletes the Profile in case the User withdraws their consent to the processing of Personal Data, including by deleting the Profile in the Service's settings;
2.5.3. when the Company deletes the User Profile in cases established by the User Agreement.
2.6. The Company shall retain personal data about Users, including those that have been blocked, for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which such data was collected, depending on the legal basis for processing, as well as on additional legal/regulatory requirements that establish the need to retain information for a specified period in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. User Information Scope3.1. The table below outlines the categories of data the Company collects and processes when a User accesses and uses the Service under the User Agreement.

3.2. By placing their personal data in the Profile, the User acknowledges and agrees that this information may be accessible to other Users of the Service, taking into account the architecture and functionality of the Service. The User independently sets the privacy mode for their Profile.
3.3. When the User edits their Profile, the Company does not verify the personal data provided by the User, except in cases provided for in the User Agreement or the legislation of the Russian Federation, and cannot attest to its accuracy. However, the Company assumes that, when using the Service, the User provides accurate and up-to-date personal data, and the Company shall have the right to request additional information from the User which, at the Company's sole discretion, is necessary and sufficient to assess the User's compliance with the User Agreement and to prevent abuse and violations of third‑party rights.
4. User Information Protection Measures4.1. The Company takes technical, organizational and legal measures to protect User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
5. Policy Limitations5.1. The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gain access to User information as a result of using the Service, nor for the consequences of using information that, by the nature of the Service, is accessible to any User of the Service. The Company recommends that Users responsibly consider the scope of information about themselves they choose to post in the Service.
6. Involving Third Parties in Data Processing6.1. The Company may engage third parties (partners) to process personal data in connection with providing technical support necessary for Users to use the Service (for example, hosting providers, analytical service providers, etc.). These third parties may include:
6.1.1. entities that have legal grounds to process Users’ personal data, including where processing is based on the User's consent or is necessary to provide the User with access to the Service's functionality or to perform an agreement with the User. Such entities may include mobile network operators, technology partners, and other partners;
6.1.2. third parties in respect of which the assignment of rights or obligations has been made under the relevant agreement;
6.2. Personal data shall be transferred to third parties solely on terms and conditions that ensure the confidentiality of the data and protect them against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
7. User Requests7.1. Users have the right to send their requests to the Company, including requests regarding the use of their personal data in writing to the Company's location.
7.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information.
- number of the main identity document of the User or their representative;
- Information on the date of issue of such document and the issuing authority;
- Information confirming the User's involvement in a relationship with the Company – a link to the Profile;
- The signature of the User or their representative.
